About Us

Vero Mosaic makes custom glass mosaic murals from your image. Every mural is melted, color-matched, hand-assembled and inspected in our workshop, then shipped ready to install. Here is how it works, from the furnace to your wall.

1. Roots in a State-Owned Glass Factory

Our production grew out of a state-owned glass mosaic factory in Kaiping, Guangdong. That long glass-making tradition is the foundation of every mural we make today.

2. A Moment from Our History

Workers sorting and packing mosaic sheets in the factory yard in the early years. The same hands-on way of working still runs through everything we do.

3. Tiles Born in the Furnace

Glass is melted at high temperature and formed into mosaic tiles. The color is fused into the glass itself, so it runs through the whole tile instead of sitting on the surface.

4. Color Matched to Your Design

Before assembly starts, our team matches tiles to your artwork shade by shade and sorts each color into its own tray.

5. Assembled by Hand

Our artisans set the tiles one by one on a full-size drawing of your design, checking the original as they go. Curves, petals and brushstrokes are cut and shaped by hand.

6. Final Inspection

The finished mural is laid out in full and checked against the design for color, detail and joints before it is packed.

7. Installed on Site

The mural ships in numbered sheets that follow the layout plan, so installers can mount it section by section and finish with grout.
